Work out faster and harder!

When working out research shows that it is better to workout faster and harder for a shorter period of time instead of working out at a slower level for a longer period of time. Higher intensity workouts help to lower blood pressure and burn fat more quickly. When doing a workout you body should not be in a low intensity phase for a long period of time. It is important to keep your heart rate up when working out. It is important for you to push yourself as hard as you can in your workout to ensure that you will burn the fat that you would like to burn. Another thing is that your workouts should constantly be changing. You cannot let your body become accustomed to a certain workout!!This is the most frequently made mistake when it comes to people trying to lose weight. It is important to change your workout up each time. This will help your body to have to adjust to a new workout each time, which will keep you losing weight. Push yourself and remember to dig deeper!

  1. How true is this and it makes alot of sense. A human being has survived for so long becuase humans can evolve when time is needed. it always hurts in the first session but a person gets stronger with time and the workouts become easier to do. That is the power of evolution. That's why it is always good to change it up a notch. What I do is run in time intervals. jog for 2 minutes and sprint for a minute than jog for 3 minutes and sprint for 2 and back and forth.

  2. I understand the part about working out faster for shorter periods of time vs. working out less intensely for longer periods of time as better in terms of calorie burning, but on the other hand, intensive exercise can have dangerous implications if not conducted carefully and wisely. People can really hurt themselves without knowing so. I think overall, the exercise is better if you enjoy it, like dancing.
