I've also heard that you should have a glass or two before you start eating any meal of the day. This can help fill you so you don't overstuff yourself, plus many people drink sodas and other drinks with their meals that don't really help in digestion or rejuvenation of the cells.

I totally agree with this post. I must admit that before, I barely drank water, I would completely forget to drink sufficient amount of water. Now I'm totally hooked and carry around a bottle everywhere. I feel so refreshed when I drink it and it's really rejuvenating. Thanks for all the facts :)
ReplyDeleteYES! I love all these post! I always try to drink water first thing in morning. Sometimes I get nauseous but I found if I drink it slow, and room temp as opposed to cold, I don't get it.
ReplyDeleteThis makes sense, but in order to really believe and remember something I need an explanation. Why and how does it make digestion easier? I know it helps with acid reflux, which I suffer from, but digestion I'm not sure about, although I can feel it working. Also, what kind of water filters would you recommend is I think an important question.
