Exercise is very beneficial

Exercise is something that is very beneficial for the body. Obesity is spreading in the United States and it is very detrimental to society. People who are obese could add more years to their lives by making a decision to become more healthy. This means trying to exercise more. Exercise is not the only factor that plays a part in losing weight but it is one element that is crucial.

It is important for people to be the best they can be for themselves. Many people strive to be like certain celebrities or other people, but you need to remember that you have to live for yourself. When trying to exercise and lose weight it is important to try to make your body look as best it can to your own standards.

Exercise could be as simple as taking a hike or walking a few blocks. One thing that is helpful to know is that it is best to start off small. As long as you put forth the effort, it all counts. You can always build up to a higher level of exercise. We all have to get started so that we can fight obesity.

  1. I find it so hard to be motivated to exercise. I have my gym membership, I used to run over the queensborough bridge (its down the block from my house), but I find it so hard to keep a habit, especially because life can be so busy!

    Its definitely the little things that can help the human body, from the things you snack on during the day, to whether or not you decide to take the stairs or escalator when you exit the train station. I agree with starting off small, and I hope I can stick to my own goals!
